Job description

As an analyst, you are the rock-solid pillar of support for your fellow adventurers at edpnet, leveraging your technological expertise. Your role as a troubleshooter and analyst of our in-house developed solutions is vital. The legendary customer service that our company is known for is in good hands with you. You forge strong bonds with your multidisciplinary colleagues to create unparalleled support and innovative solutions together.

"edpnet, say what?"

Edpnet is an unconventional telecom provider, active since 1999. "Internet-only" subscriptions with fast and truly unlimited internet at a fair price, no hassle - that's our thing. Add our reliable mobile telephony and data services, along with our legendary customer service, and you'll understand why we stand head and shoulders above the competition on Trustpilot.

Our developers form a small, growing team of professionals who believe that technology and a healthy dose of common sense are the best ingredients for creating exceptional software. We take pride in our in-house developed OSS/BSS system, which allows us to offer customized solutions and stay at the forefront of the telecom industry.

Here's what you will do:

  • You analyze application problems from customers and ensure quick and effective solutions.
  • You support your colleagues with our software solution, answering questions and resolving reported issues.
  • You collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including developers, to investigate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • You accurately record support requests, solutions, and relevant information in the ticketing system.
  • You report recurring problems to the development team to continually improve our software solutions.
  • You train and guide colleagues in the effective use of our software solution.
  • You update your product knowledge to provide excellent support.
  • You contribute to the development and maintenance of support documentation and knowledge base articles.

Job requirements

And here's what you need for this role:

  • The ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.
  • The art of working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent knowledge of English and Dutch.

"Okay, but what do I get in return?"

In addition to good karma and a sense of humor in the workplace, you can expect:

  • Challenging and meaningful assignments, with the possibility of teleworking.
  • A close-knit team with an exceptional team leader.
  • Solid on-the-job training and ongoing coaching.
