And this is what your day looks like as a Service Delivery Assistant

You answer questions from colleagues and suppliers via email and internal chat. You systematically and meticulously follow up on your orders in the ticketing system until the customer's service is active. To ensure a smooth flow, you make minor corrections here and there before approving the orders.

Job requirements

This is what you're best at:

  • Taking care of orders down to the last detail, from receipt to invoicing.
  • Finding a solution to every question and problem of our customers (exception handling), and explaining that in layman's terms.
  • Communicating smoothly with customers and suppliers to deliver as quickly as possible.

And this is how you handle it:

  • punctual
  • strong in communication
  • as competent in French as in Dutch as you are in English
  • precise and aware of the actions you take
  • problem-solving in every situation
